    So basically, when I tried to log in with the simple password I set on my LG phone, it didn't work. When I reported myself as a graduate on the regular debt notice, my information should also show me as a graduate, right? Why do they only have options for undergraduate or graduate student over there? That's why even though it's been three semesters since I graduated, I'm still listed as a current student. So if I don't want to be investigated by the National Tax Service this summer, I have to receive a call saying I don't need to go to the website to change my academic status.

    Since I couldn't use the website, I installed the app but there are too many people using it at the same time. It's frustrating to have to keep the app open and wait, and there are so many things I need to wait for whenever I do something in the app. Please increase the number of simultaneous users... Please help solve this problem at least. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. Please make practical improvements instead of just replying with apologies... Or just make the website available.

    I can't believe they made such a trashy app... When I searched for my current home address, there was no result?? It just makes me want to swear. It's not like you can even type in a detailed address in the existing option. And when you try to access it on your desktop, only the outdated IE11 browser works, claiming they provide so much support but ugh.
