Official mobile application of the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública for mobile devices aimed at all users of the public health system in the Valencian Community. It allows users to request, check, and cancel medical appointments in primary care, view upcoming specialized care visits, prescribed pharmacological treatments including current and historical dispensation records, generate and download certificates of attendance for primary care and the Digital Covid Certificate in any of its forms, access the Electronic Health Record of the Valencian Community, locate healthcare resources, and update contact information in SIP, all available in both official languages of the Valencian Community.

Access is granted through three authentication methods: entering SIP number, birthdate, and card issue date followed by confirmation via SMS with a validation code sent to the registered user's mobile phone number, by scanning the barcode of the health card, or through Cl@ve. The application allows storage of access credentials for multiple users for future use, with a security system based on biometrics or password protection.

The Conselleria de Sanidad Universal i Salut Pública is responsible for the information displayed in the application and ensures privacy and data protection. Furthermore, it guarantees secure storage and use of personal information for the sole purpose of providing personalized services as described.

To safeguard user/patient information, this application uses the secure HTTPS protocol for all communications with servers.

How to access treatments?

1 In the “PHARMACY” tab, click “Access treatments”

2 Click the “Understood” button in the “ACCESS CONTROL”

3 Click “Allow” to give the APP permission to access the camera

4 Point to the barcode on the current treatment form

5 After the capture; in the “PHARMACY” tab, you can access the “Treatment”

6 You can also access the “Calendar”
