FAQs

Do you deliver all the menu items you sell?

Except for some menu items that are difficult to deliver, we deliver most of the products sold at McDonald's stores. However, the price of the McDelivery service menu may differ from the store price, and discounts and promotions held at the store may not apply. You can check the products that can be ordered from McDelivery in the menu window.

Can I order a lunch set?

The McLunch Set Menu is available daily from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. for customers who want to enjoy lunch at a more affordable price, and is only available at McDonald's locations. Therefore, when using the McDelivery service, the lunch set is not applied.

What is the delivery time?

With the exception of a few stores, we offer a 24-hour McDelivery service. However, please understand that if the service is not available due to store conditions such as lack of ingredients, the order may be changed or canceled under individual contact. In addition, in the event of bad weather, deliveries may be suspended, restricted, or delayed for the safety of delivery riders, and certain menus may not be produced at certain times of the day due to machine cleaning to maintain product quality during certain hours.

Is it possible to deliver nationwide?

Since McDonald's launched its delivery service in 2007, McDonald's has been striving to provide convenient delivery services to more customers. Currently, more than 70% of stores nationwide provide delivery services, and you can check the availability of delivery through the McDelivery address search bar or the search for stores that can deliver to your address when registering your address after signing up as a member. However, in the case of public places such as hotels, motels, PC cafes, and karaoke rooms, we only provide McDelivery service up to the front desk.
