FAQ
Why am I unable to access my account?
In order to access your account, please make sure that you use the same method when you first register on Goers. There are three options: by Email, Apple, or Google account.
How to update my account information?
You can update your account information by following below instructions:
Open the Profile tab on the bottom right
Click on “View Profile” button on the center
Click on “Edit Profile button on the center
What is primary email?
Primary Email is the email that we use to contact you regarding all the event details as well as our newsletter. Your primary email may be different from the email that you use for login/register.
How to reset my password?
You can change your password by:
Open the Profile tab on the bottom right
Click Setting menu
Click Change Password menu to open page Change Password
Fill old password, new password, and retype your new password
And click Save
If you forget your password, you can do this in login page:
Click Forget Password button
Fill your email that used to login in Goers application
Within a few minutes, you should receive an email inviting you to reset your password.
For security reasons, you should choose a unique password for Goers and never share your password in any correspondence.

Why am I unable to change my email?
All Goers accounts must have a verified email address associated with the account in order to book a ticket.
If you are trying to change your email on an existing account but receiving an 'Already registered' error, please let us know your correct information by contacting us at hello@goersapp.com
Why am I not receiving emails from Goers?
If you’re not receiving emails from Goers, please check your email account’s “Spam” or “Junk” folders to ensure the message was not filtered.
Also verify that your email address is listed correctly on your account by visiting the Profile tab in the main menu of the app.
If you’re still not receiving messages from us, please confirm your email address and we'll be happy to assist.

How to delete my account?
If you're experiencing an account, payment, or device issue, please let us know below so we can help resolve it for you. Once an account is deleted, we are unable to look into issues or make adjustments.
If you'd like to proceed with deleting your Goers account, make sure you have an account on Goers Application. To delete an account, you can do the following:
Select "Profiles"
Click "Settings"
Select "Delete Account"
