Can I turn off PIN code requirement?

Yes, you can turn off PIN code requirement for content rated 18+ for profile that you are using. If you have multiple profiles, you will have to do it for all of them separately.

You still will be asked to enter PIN code if you try to rent a movie or access erotic content.

How to turn off PIN code in account settings?

You can turn off PIN code for your profile using internet web browser in your account settings or while trying to watch 18+ content.

Via account settings

Navigate to https://go3.lt/subscriber/my-account and select “PIN settings” under tab SUBSCRIPTION

1. Select profile for which you want to turn off PIN code by selecting check box

2. Enter your current PIN code (default PIN code is 1 2 3 4)

3. Save settings by clicking “Confirm” below in window

When trying to watch content rated 18+ you will see new window asking you to enter PIN code.

1. Enter your current PIN code (default PIN code is 1 2 3 4)

2. Click below on “Don’t want to be asked to provide a PIN?”

3. Mark visible check box not to be asked to enter PIN for existing profile in future

4. Select “confirm” to save your settings and continue to content

    Avoid that sports subscription. It's a complete waste. They cut off the live stream when games go into extra time. No clue why they do that. You pay for NBA streams but only get access to a handful of games. They often show the dull ones too, leaving you with no real options. Their customer service response takes ages, up to five days. And all this costs 16€. It’s frustrating, especially in Lithuania where you can't even get Setanta Sports or ESPN.

    Some channels may not be available on mobile due to licensing agreements or restrictions. These often differ between platforms. As for HD content, many Lithuanian channels might not broadcast in high definition on all platforms. Sometimes it's a matter of availability or the service provider you use. You could check with your provider for details on channel access and HD offerings.

    It’s a pity that some people have to experience events like the 2004 Olympics swimming final this way. Trying to enjoy such an iconic moment while dealing with distractions definitely takes away from the excitement. Watching it through strange angles or poorly managed streams only adds to the frustration. Missing out on the sound and atmosphere makes it even worse. It seems unfair when there are much better ways to watch these amazing performances.

    Casting from an Android phone constantly stutters and lags terribly. It's impossible to watch. No other app has this issue. For example, casting YouTube plays in 4K smoothly, so it’s clearly not an internet problem. The pricing policy for older films leaves me baffled. Take animated movies as an example. They start off free but eventually become paid content. Kids want to watch the same movie repeatedly. I get charging for new releases, but this kind of speculation on older and animated films doesn't add any value.
