    Using the app has been really frustrating. I picked some stores, but then they reset on their own. Today, I had to cancel an order to make a change, and it refused to let me pick a new time slot. No matter which day or time I chose, it kept saying, "whoops something went wrong." That’s beyond annoying. Navigating through the app gets even worse. You can’t use your phone's back button at all. Instead, you have to hunt for this in-app close button, which feels unnecessary. Overall, it’s just a headache trying to make everything work as it should.

    Digital coupons have been a hassle for you lately. Last week, you found yourself at customer service because the coupons you clipped weren't visible. They sorted it out, and fortunately, the discounts applied during checkout. Today, the same issue occurred. You couldn't see your coupons again. This time, nothing came off at checkout. You only realized it once you got home. It’s infuriating to be charged more than you expected.

    That new app really drives me crazy. Stuck on the Peapod screen forever. Totally frustrating! What’s the use of an app you can’t even use? It seems to be working now, fingers crossed it stays that way. Appreciate the response.

    The Giant app has become really frustrating after the update. Once I redeem the "five-point freebies," they disappear from sight, so I have to keep track of them elsewhere along with their expiration dates. When I click on coupon details and try to get back, it just takes me to the beginning again. Shopping in person is already tough for me, but now I can't bring myself to place an online order because navigating the app feels impossible.

    I changed my rating from a 2 to a 5, and then back to a 1. Now, the digital coupons display isn't working properly. It shows 487 coupons when I select "Recommended." However, if I choose any other sorting option, the number of coupons changes. Sometimes it shows 54, other times 57 or 42. Something is off with the database or there might be missing data.

    Every time I open the Giant app, it goes straight to PeaPod. No option to exit. I end up closing the app at least four times before I finally see the Giant app. I don’t want PeaPod on my phone. If I did, I would download it myself. This issue needs fixing. Once I’m in the app, everything's fine. I would give a higher rating if this problem didn't keep happening.

    This app struggles to work properly, especially after the latest update. For an entire week, I faced constant "check back later" messages. Frustrating. On May 19, I followed their advice and deleted the app, then reinstalled it. That solved the "down for maintenance" problem. Now, it prompts me to sign in to Peapod right when I open the Giant app. I don’t have a Peapod account and don't want one. The app remains glitchy, and it ranks as the worst on my phone.

    This app had a great run. Now it feels like a struggle. You tap on the coupon tab, see a few options pop up. Hit the home screen and dive back into the coupon tab. Same familiar ones show up again. Suddenly, some new ones appear that didn’t load earlier. It’s a back-and-forth dance just to check for all the coupons. Clipping them doesn’t always guarantee they’ll load into your account. A constant need to double-check leaves a nagging feeling.
