The books you can find in Fidibo cover all kinds of topics— from contemporary fiction to educational books. It also includes magazines, podcasts, and much more, so in Fidibo, there are different types of formats— EPUB, PDF, MOBI, MP4, and MP3.

Fidibo is an app you can install for free, but it also has a paid subscription service that expands the features and benefits you can access. In addition, it incorporates different offers regularly so that you can get your favorite books at a reasonable price.

I subscribed to Fidi Plus, but I can't get my favorite book on my mobile.

Check these possibilities: the book of your choice must be available on FidiPlus and the FidiPlus logo must be on the cover of the book. Your subscription has not expired. The capacity of the books you received from FidiPlus has not been exhausted. Finally, log out of your account and log in again. (By doing this, the books you have already downloaded will be deleted from the device's memory, but you can download them again).

I am outside Iran, can I buy by paying in foreign currency?

Yes, wherever you are in the world, you can pay for your purchase from Fidibo through PayPal.

In the iOS version, the page is Arabic.

1. After installation, you will enter a new page. At the top right of the page you will see two options. Click on sendfeedback and type hifidibo in the displayed box. 

2. Click the submit button.

On a computer with Windows operating system, I can see my book in "My Library" after purchase, but I cannot download it.

Follow these steps in order: 

1. Press the Windows + R keys on the keyboard together. 

2. A window will open. Write appdata in the middle bar of the window and click OK. 

3. A new window will open. Find the Roaming folder in this window and enter it. Completely delete the FF folder in this window. 

4. Close the window and run fidibo again. You need to download your books to your device once more to continue reading.
