What is the purpose of using the FUTA app?
The FUTA app is used to support customers in purchasing bus tickets anytime and anywhere, with various convenient payment methods.
Users can manage their previous ticket purchase history (when buying tickets through the app), check the bus schedule, seat positions, ticket prices, and also refer to and update information about the company's promotional programs.
Can I cancel and refund my ticket on FUTA App?
If you have booked tickets online through the FUTA app and have not yet converted them to paper tickets, if you need to cancel the tickets, please access the app and select the "History" section (displayed at the bottom of the screen, in the same horizontal location as the "Home" section). Choose the ticket you wish to cancel and press "Cancel."
Please note:
Cancelling a ticket on the FUTA app will cancel all tickets under the same ticket code; they cannot be cancelled separately.
For cancellations of 1-3 tickets, please do so at least 24 hours before the departure time, with a cancellation fee of 10% (for regular days).
Refunds for cancelled tickets will be returned to the original payment account (within 7-15 days, depending on the working days of the bank).
NOT APPLICABLE FOR TICKETS THAT HAVE BEEN CHANGED PREVIOUSLY.
When using the service of adding funds to Futa Wallet that is not used, I am unable to withdraw money back to the account.
Phuong Trang is currently collaborating with SHB Bank to facilitate FUTAPay for convenient payment as well as allow you to withdraw money back to your account without needing transactions. You can withdraw money back to your account under the condition that the previously added funds originated from your SHB card/account.
In the event that you don't use SHB Bank, unfortunately, at this moment, the company hasn't extended support to all other banks. The balance in your wallet is currently only usable for purchasing tickets within the FUTA app. However, we have taken note of your information and will provide feedback when there are any changes.

What are the complimentary services provided on the bus when using the service?
Complimentary services included:
Towels, water, and slippers for use when getting on and off the sleeper buses.
TV (applicable to the 34-bed limousine type), blankets, and Wi-Fi.
Shuttle service at provincial offices (within the permitted area, within a radius of 8-10km depending on the location).
If you have successfully registered for a ticket but you do not arrive at the bus station/ticket office on time, can you receive assistance for the next trip?
In case you are late for the scheduled trip:
For paid tickets: Please contact the staff at the bus station/ticket office directly for assistance and guidance.
For unpaid tickets: You can rebook for the next trip depending on the availability at the time you arrive at the bus station/ticket office.
