    I've been using this for a year now and I really feel that the developers should make it necessary to have a password in order to uninstall it or access the phone's settings, specifically on an Android LG phone. Without it, it's just too simple to get around. I've looked everywhere for the settings blocking they talk about, but I can't find it. Also, for some months now, I haven't been able to access the App blocking feature (the shield icon) on the Freedom app. Every time I try, it just crashes.

    Imagine an app that prevents you from wasting time on meaningless things. It's truly priceless. I paired it with another app called minimalist and let me tell you, it transformed my life. Now, whenever boredom strikes, I hardly pick up my phone. No more endlessly scrolling through YouTube or getting lost in doom-scrolling. The scheduled sessions have been flawless, except for three hiccups all year. But the support team quickly fixed them each time. I'm definitely renewing my subscription without any second thoughts.

    The app is great and the syncing feature works well. I would give it 4 stars because it doesn't block itself effectively—you can end it manually unless you have a permanent plan running and set yourself to locked mode. If this system is improved similar to how FocusMe operates, then this app could potentially become the top blocker in the market.

    I really like how the app works on different devices, but it's a letdown that the app itself seems basic compared to how much they promote it and the price they ask for. For Windows users, the app blocker just shuts down programs immediately. On Android, there's no option to pause the block - only to stop the session completely. I've tried Stay Focused before, and it offers many more features excellently. As for Windows, Microsoft Family Safety does the same job without any cost, plus you can adjust or skip block times and doesn't abruptly close apps risking data loss.

    It works well on my computer. Initially, I had trouble getting it to work on my phone and tablet. At first, I couldn't block my apps, but then I realized that I needed to create separate sessions apart from the ones created on my computer. This made the session list a bit confusing, but it's better than the app not working at all. Great work, Freedom team! I really like the app.

    I am so excited that the Android client is available now! It's working really well. It has been a big help in my battle against my addiction to Reddit. I've seen a slight decrease in my phone's battery performance, but it's not as bad as I thought it would be for an app that runs in the background all the time.

    Update: This app now functions smoothly on Android 12, after a complete phone restart. In my initial review, I mentioned that this app is essential. However, it could be enhanced by adding a feature that prompts users to take breaks at specific intervals. For instance, this feature could limit the number of breaks per day (N) and specify the duration of each break (M). Such a feature would greatly benefit individuals who use the app for extended periods each day. I am a loyal subscriber to this app.

    Wow, I just have to say this app is absolutely awesome! It's one of the very few apps out there that you can use across multiple platforms, and the best part is the price - it's simply amazing. I've had the pleasure of using it on my Macbook, iPhone, and Windows netbook. On my netbook, I've set it up to block distracting websites and content 24/7. The Android app is pretty good too, but it's missing one important feature - pin protection from uninstalling. If the developers could take a cue from apps like Detoxify and Blocker X on how to prevent uninstallation, it would really take this app to the next level. For now, I will continue to support them and hope that they will add this feature soon.
