Foody - Order food & groceries

The service was terrible. Often, my food didn't show up. When my order got canceled, I received no notification. Delivery times were long, usually an hour and a half of waiting. I won’t be using this service again. I recommend Wolt instead.

The evening turned frustrating. After 7 PM, they couldn't deliver on time. My food arrived an hour and twenty minutes later, stone cold. I called to voice my concern. They wanted me to pay the full amount for a replacement that would take another 20 minutes. Now I'm sitting here waiting for two hours and thirty-five minutes. They have plenty of bicycle delivery guys making multiple stops along the way. This experience has left a sour taste. Never again with Foody.

The new update is really frustrating. Accessing the restaurant online is impossible without placing an order first. Trying to order takeout turned into a hassle since the option isn’t available. We also encountered issues with our delivery order. The restaurant called us, confused about a 2pm pickup time that we never requested. This kind of confusion just adds to the frustration. Everything was functioning well before. Changes like these should have been avoided.

It's great that it's convenient. The Kiti area definitely could use more food options. Variety makes dining out much more exciting. Exploring new flavors and cuisines is always a treat. It would be wonderful to see more restaurants or cafes pop up there. More choices mean more delicious adventures for everyone in the neighborhood!

The delivery times need fixing! When something says 20 minutes for delivery, it should not change to 60+ minutes after placing the order. This creates frustration and makes using the app pointless. It doesn't matter if the delay is due to a third party like Foodie or the restaurant. The time displayed at the beginning must reflect the actual delivery time. Also, please sort out the categories for food and cafe.

Wow, this new update is such a headache! I can't remember my password, and the "reset password" option just won't cooperate. I reached out to customer service, and they did get back to me. But the fix they offered—uninstalling and reinstalling the app—did nothing. On top of that, I'm really not a fan of how the new UI looks and feels. It's so frustrating!

I found the best app for food delivery. It’s super simple, only takes two steps to get your meal. I ordered with an estimated arrival time of 22:40 but my food showed up at 22:25. So quick!

Everything is fantastic! Just a little short on variety. The way they treat their customers stands out, especially when compared to Wolt.

Great app! It has come a long way in the past few years. One issue pops up when trying to tip the driver after receiving the order. You can only do it beforehand. That doesn’t really make sense. You want to see if the order arrives on time and in good shape first. This definitely needs fixing. Also, leaving cash for the driver isn't always convenient; everything is digital these days.

Every order brings a surprise with delivery times. One moment it shows 25 minutes, the next it's 50. A 45-minute estimate can easily stretch to 65. Uncertainty reigns over when food will actually arrive. We often pick restaurants based on those delivery times, sometimes skipping others that seem too slow. Yet the choice we make ends up taking longer than those we passed on. With Foody, delays get even worse, usually adding at least another half hour. It's frustrating and unpredictable.
