    The delivery status update is much better now and very up to date! It wasn't necessarily Mjam's fault, but it wasn't great for the user experience.

    Oh no, I had a terrible experience with this service. I ordered 16 pizzas for a party and the delivery got messed up. They divided the order between two delivery guys since it was too big for one. One guy made it to the party, but the other one got lost somewhere with the pizzas and never showed up. The problem was that the customer service at foodora didn't know what to do because their app only allowed for one delivery person per order. So, they never refunded me the money.

    Our order was not delivered even though we were charged. The delivery person, based on the tracking app, seemed to be close but then suddenly it showed the delivery as completed without us receiving anything. Our address is not hard to locate, as other delivery services find us easily. Even if there was an issue, why didn't the driver contact us instead of marking the order as delivered? A simple call or text would have been enough. Disappointing.

    So, there are these Austrians who are really making an effort to offer services like Deliveroo. They've got this app that actually works, where you can place your order. But here's the catch - if by chance your order gets mixed up and you receive something wrong, don't count on any help or support. When you tap on the order to try and sort things out, there's nothing there in terms of options. It just keeps saying that your order has been delivered.

    There were many restaurants shown to me, but when I entered my address, it said they couldn't deliver to me. So, I changed my address to the building right across from me, which is only about 15 meters away, and then there were no problems with the delivery.

    I downloaded the app simply to leave a one-star review. It's incredibly frustrating to open a YouTube video and immediately encounter the loudest and most cringeworthy advertisements. These ads are so irritating that they actually make me dislike the product. I won't even consider trying it because the ads are so obnoxious, ridiculous, and nonsensical. If you want more people to download the app, then stop using these loud, dumb ads. Instead, create something humorous or showcase a nice recipe. Show off the variety of recipes you have from around the world. Just do something different.

    Imagine craving a delicious meal, eagerly anticipating its arrival. But wait, instead of the aroma of your favorite dish wafting through the air, all you're left with is the grumbling of your stomach. Picture this - I placed an order from a restaurant for my wife at her workplace. The app showed "delivered" while the delivery person came and went without even a single call. My attempts to reach customer service led to the order being cancelled, coupled with an apology voucher. Undeterred, I placed a second order, only to face the exact same issue. An entire hour elapsed, leaving me famished and frustrated. And now, I hold a 10EUR voucher, but alas, there's no food in sight.
