Ordering food using our service is very easy! Follow the steps mentioned below to place your order with us.

Step 1: Find a restaurant of your choice from here. There are hundreds of popular restaurants to choose from.

Step 2: Select the foods of your choice from the selected restaurant's menu. The menu and price listed on our website is exactly the same as the restaurant's table menu.

Step 3: Fill up the delivery details i.e. your detailed address, date and time for delivery and confirm your order. We’ll deliver your order at your place, and you’ll pay us in cash upon delivery.

Does Foodmandu prepare food itself?

No. Foodmandu is a food ordering and delivery service. We deliver food from any of the member restaurant.

From which restaurants can I order?

You can order from any of our partner restaurants. We already have more than 1000+ most popular restaurants in our list, and the number will continue to grow day after day.

To which locations do you deliver?

We deliver to any locations inside of ring road and its periphery. We also have extended our services at Pokhara, Bharatpur and Butwal.

Do you charge more for the food than in the restaurant?

No. The price in our online menu is exactly the same as the table menu price of the respective member restaurants.

What is the delivery charge?

How do I pay for my food?

You will pay using different digital payment methods as well as in cash to our delivery agent upon delivery of food to your location.

Do you guarantee the quality for food?

We make an effort to include restaurants on our website that are known for having good quality food. However, our main focus is hassle free ordering and delivery. The restaurant you choose will be responsible for the quality of food they offer.

Can I pick up the order myself from the restaurant?

Sorry. This option is disabled at the moment.

Can I cancel my order if needed?

You can. However, you need to inform us over the phone on time. If the ordered food is already prepared by the restaurant, you cannot cancel the order.

Can I choose food from more than one restaurant at a time?

You can. However, you need to place different orders and meet the minimum amount for each restaurant.

What is the minimum order amount for delivery service?

We do not have a minimum order amount limit. However, we do charge a small order fee for amount less than Rs. 500.

What are your service hours?

For the time being, our service operates from 8:00 am and we take orders till 10:00 pm.

How much time does it take to get my food delivered?

Generally it takes 45 minutes to one hour to deliver your order. The time it takes depends on several factors like the distance between your location and the restaurant you ordered from, traffic conditions, how busy our delivery boys are, or how busy the restaurant is at particular point of time, the type of food and size of your order etc. We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. In order to make sure that the food is delivered on time, you may order food well in advance, even a few hours before the time you want your food to be delivered.
