Flashfood - Save & eat cheap

Everything is looking great with this program! It should definitely be available across the country. I've been using the app without any technical problems. Any issues I faced were on the store's side, especially regarding an EBT refund. Surprisingly, I didn't have to reach out to anyone for help as the funds were promptly added back to my account. I'm hoping that my meat expenses will decrease a bit this month since they make up a big chunk of my grocery bill. I'll provide an update after I finish my full monthly grocery shopping to compare the results.

The products should have more information. Like how many pounds of meat. The pictures are still blurry. Picking up in-store is much better! The idea is great. The app is good, but the pictures need to be clearer. The actual process in-store is a bit rough. The store employees don't really keep an eye on pick-up. Hopefully, things improve with more time and practice.

I enjoy checking in daily for the latest deals! It's so easy to browse and buy things. However, there was a change - before, I had 24 hours to pick up my order, but after making a purchase, it was marked as "expired" the next morning. Now, I've paid for items that I won't receive, and it seems like refunds are only partial.

I really like this app because it helps me save money and try new things that I wouldn't usually buy at full price. It's awesome that these amazing items are not going to waste in a landfill. I will definitely share about this app with others and keep using it daily, sometimes even a few times a day. It's a fantastic idea! The only thing I would suggest changing is the ability to swipe between items in the detailed view instead of having to go back out and into each item.

I want to share my experience using this app. It has been fantastic. Any problems were quickly fixed or refunded. I wish that flashfood and Stop & Shop would train their staff better on how the app works. When there is an issue, it never gets resolved in the same way. But now I understand how it all works. Also, make sure to check your order. Sometimes you might not get what you asked for. I've ordered big packs of things and got small amounts instead.

If you ever see a white blank screen when clicking on the menu or a picture, try logging out and then logging back into the app. This seemed to work for me and hopefully it stays fixed. Update: The problem with the white screen seems to be resolved, I haven't encountered it in a while. I really enjoy using Flashfood at Meijer. One suggestion would be to zoom in on the picture and have the weight/volume listed too.

I really like the idea behind this app, and I always manage to grab some awesome deals on stuff I usually buy. The pictures of the products could use a bit more clarity, that would definitely help especially since the descriptions are quite brief. Another thing is that the app can be a bit glitchy. I've had to shut it down and open it again a few times because it wouldn't let me access my cart to check out. Apart from these things, I'd say it's a five-star app with a great concept.

Ah, this app was amazing before. It was easy to use and had good prices. But since the last update, it keeps freezing or asking me to sign in over and over without recognizing me. I tried uninstalling, restarting, clearing caches, all the usual tricks, but it just won't work. It's a shame because it's a great concept and my Galaxy S22 and I used to enjoy using it. Now it's just not working at all.

I really like using this app as it has been very convenient for me. I haven't faced any problems when picking up items from stores and it's a great way to save money. One thing that I think could be improved is having a time limit to cash out. There was an instance where an item I added to my cart was still available to others, leading to an error code. Instead of showing me what was no longer available for purchase so I could easily remove it from my cart, I had to go back and redo my shopping list at the location.

I really like this idea. It involves taking store-brand food that is nearing its expiration date (within a day to a week) and offering it at half price. I noticed that there are also items with expiry dates several months away on the list. I am passionate about reducing food waste and saving money, so I am thrilled that this app is available in my state. I have only collected one order so far, but it was a great experience! I hope this service will be extended to other states soon because it's such a fantastic concept.
