    I entered my login credentials, and it just kept loading forever. The homepage never showed up. I tried the same credentials on the website, and it logged in without any issues. Then they updated the login to use a pin. After generating the pin, I attempted to log in again. It was a nightmare. The page didn’t indicate if the pin was wrong or right; it just froze on the same login screen.

    Uploading documents in the app turned into a frustrating experience. The requirement for pictures under 2MB feels limiting. Managing multiple images with such a small size cap becomes a hassle. It would be much better to have an option to upload PDFs instead of just pictures. Reaching out to customer care didn’t help either; their responses were far from helpful. Overall, a disappointing experience.

    Login credentials work on the website but fail in the app. Managing claims doesn't function properly. Registration and viewing claims gets stuck with a fetching information dialog. This app shouldn't prioritize health features over its main purpose. Health tips, articles, quizzes, and similar content should be separated from the main page.

    I can't log in to the app on my device. It immediately asks for a pin. This seems off. You probably link device details or an ID directly to that pin for authentication. That’s not a good approach. How can anyone log in fresh with a different password?

    This app has been a headache. Hitting the login page feels like hitting a wall. No enter or login button in sight, and pressing enter on the keyboard does nothing either. This problem lingered for ages. I hoped someone would fix it, but no signs of that. My struggles start right at the pin entry screen. Frustrating, to say the least.

    This company really seems to have it all wrong. Their mobile app is a complete mess. You enter the right info, and it just throws an error. Super frustrating! The web portal is no better. You get an OTP, enter it, but it constantly says it's invalid. It's like they hired some inexperienced developers who didn’t quite know what they were doing. Basic functions don’t even work properly. And then, the employees mirror that same lackluster attitude. It’s just disappointing all around.

    This app has great potential. The user interface needs some attention. Location access issues create constant errors on the screen. Selecting a state and city should happen without annoying popups. The focus on making the interface look good is clear, but functionality could be improved. Putting effort into these UI changes will make it more user-friendly and effective.
