How do I request a refund?

To request a refund

· Log into your Fatsoma account

· Visit www.fatsoma.com/orders

· Select the order you want to request a refund for

· Click 'View Order'

· Click 'Request Refund'

Your request will be sent to the event oganiser for them to approve or deny. You will receive an email when they have submitted their response.

How do I withdraw my Rep funds?

To withdraw your funds:

· Visit https://reps.fatsoma.com/reps/events/current

· Click 'View' under Finances

· Click 'Request a pay out'

· Enter your bank details and click 'Withdraw'

How can I contact the event organisers?

Some event organisers will have contact email addresses listed on their events. You can also try messaging the event organisers on social media.

Where are my tickets on the app?

You can find every ticket you have purchased on your account in the orders section of the app. 

To find your orders section

· Open the Fatsoma app

· Select 'Profile' in the options bar

· Select 'My Orders'

My tickets have arrived and they’re incorrect, what do I do?

If you have ordered incorrect tickets you can request a refund from the event organiser by following the guide here. Please contact our support team if you have had an issue with your order.

How do I add a saved card on the App?

To make it as easy as possible to purchase the tickets you want you can save your payment cards directly to our app. This means you won't have to enter your payment details every time you make an order. 

To add a new saved card onto the app: 

· Visit any event on the app

· Select 'Get Tickets'

· Choose your tickets

· Click 'Checkout'

· Select 'Pay with a new card' on 'Select card'

· Enter your card information and check 'Save card'

Since being a uni student this year, I downloaded the app, which allowed me to easily buy my tickets anywhere I was, even if it was a last minute thing. The app is very good and you get to see other events in different cities that I never knew of. It’s good to be updated about the different events, especially as I’m currently going back and forth to London and such. Recently the app is having trouble showing the different ticket prices and the availability of the tickets. If it carries on then there’s no point of having the app. If it gets resolved, then it’s definitely worth having. ✨

I downloaded the app to have the deals that come with the app, but the tickets have failed to download. Also, my other pre-paid tickets are nowhere to be found within the app. Luckily, I have them saved in my emails. Slight letdown.

I’ve been happy buying tickets from this app before, everything worked well. At the end of my most recent purchase, it asked for access to my phone contacts and the only options were to accept or cancel, which implied that my ticket purchase would be cancelled if I didn’t share my contacts. I did choose cancel, it appears that the the ticket purchase did complete but I’m not totally sure. If there is a good read for asking for the contacts then it needs to be much better explained. I feel quite unhappy after this experience and will be looking for an alternative way to buy the tickets for events I’m interested in for the future.

I use this app ALL the time as a student to find out which events are on in the area and plan nights out, however it would be good if it could remember the location and payment details & stuff because it’s a bit of a chore putting it in every time.

As I student I bought a ticket for a freshers and clearly the terms stated a possible refund if my insurance choice was where I went . I purchased the ticket for my firm. I contacted the organisers, who after three emails , ignored me. So, I contacted fatsoma with the problem and was told to wait as they said they’d contact the organisers. Time goes by and I never received a reply and emailed them again, only to be ignored again and money taken . I don’t recommend you buy tickets on any event unless you’re fine with having your money taken or you know your going to attend . Don’t take what they write for legit because it’s lies . So disappointed in the service and have never come across such unprofessional event organisers as the third parties fatsoma works with . Buy with caution.

I’ve attempted to unsubscribe from Fatsoma emails and every single time I get one I unsubscribe but yes I still keep getting them over and over about events that aren’t even remotely near me but “my uni” suggested. The app itself works quite well but blocking up my emails repeatedly really ruins everything good about it. Expect 10+ emails a day almost all about events 4-5 hours+ away from your uni.

I brought tickets on this app for an event and I am not longer able to attend. I requested a refund, before the event has taken place and was denied. Furthermore, they were very unhelpful in the process of asking for a refund. If you want to go to one of these events, I don’t recommend using this app. This app does not organise or run the events. If in any way your plans could change, don’t use this app because they will NOT give you your money back.
