How do I apply to transfer my reward points?

How to Transfer Reward Points:

Transfers are available only to those who apply. Further details will be announced at a later date.

Reward Points Transfer Criteria:

The higher amount of reward points will be transferred based on either April 4, 2025, or the date of delivery completion of the last pre-order placed in 2025 (all deliveries are expected to be completed within August 2025, and the transfer process will begin in September).

I have a question about JYP SHOP products.

As of June 2, 2025, the JYP SHOP Customer Service ceases operations.

Even within countries eligible for delivery, orders cannot be shipped to forwarding addresses or inaccurate addresses. In such cases, your order may be automatically canceled.

The criteria for what is considered a forwarding address may vary depending on the country or courier. If you wish to check your address in advance, please contact the relevant local courier.

Can I change the destination country for a product I've already ordered?
