Eventim Pass is a digital ticket that can be accessed exclusively through the Eventim Brasil app, available for iPhone and Android phones. It offers extra layers of security and allows ticket transfers. (check the conditions below).
How to use the Eventim Pass and its benefits?
To use the Eventim Pass and its benefits, such as ticket transfers, you must choose this delivery method at the time of purchase. This option is not available for all events.
How to access the ticket?
The ticket is accessed exclusively through the Eventim Brasil app. To access it, simply log in with your email and password. Then, go to the "My Events" section in the menu. If you can't find them, also check the "Hidden" tab.
When will the QR Code be available?
The QR Code on your ticket will be released 24 hours before the event. Remember that it is not allowed to take a printout of the code. However, you should already be able to view the ticket information, such as the name and date of the event and the order number.
Can I access the ticket without an internet connection?
Yes, the ticket will be available even without an internet connection, as long as you have accessed the app at least once after purchasing (you do not need to wait for the QR Code to be released).
Is the ticket exclusive to the person whose name is on it?
In most cases, tickets are not for the exclusive use of the registered holder and can be used by friends and family. Simply present the QR Code to access the event.

How do I transfer a ticket?
Open the Eventim Brasil app and access the ticket you want to transfer.
Click on the "TRANSFER TICKET" button. A link will be generated, which you can share via WhatsApp, email, or other means.
The person who will receive the ticket must have an Eventim account and be logged into the app.
When clicking on the link, the app will open and the person must accept the transfer.
After acceptance, the tickets will be available in the Eventim account that is logged into the Eventim Brasil app.
Can I cancel the transfer?
You can cancel the transfer until the transfer is accepted. However, once accepted, the ticket will no longer be available to you and the transfer cannot be reversed.
Can I transfer the ticket more than once?
For most events, the ticket can be transferred to a family member or friend only once, and a second transfer is not possible. However, for some events, in exceptional cases, the transfer may be allowed more than once.
Is there a deadline to make the transfer?
Yes. The transfer is disabled on the day of the event, so make the necessary transfers in advance.
I can't find the button to transfer the ticket.
The transfer button may be unavailable for the following reasons:
Transfer limit exceeded
Transfer deadline expired
Ticket is not an Eventim Pass. Tickets purchased with the Ticket Direct (PDF) or E-ticket (QR Code) delivery option cannot be transferred via the app. However, you can transfer them by forwarding the PDF file or QR Code to the person who will use them.
The event does not allow transfers. However, in this case, this condition will be described on the event page and/or throughout the purchase process.
I have more than one ticket. Do I have to transfer them or can I use all the tickets on my cell phone?
It is not mandatory. If you have purchased two tickets and the event does not require that only the ticket holder can use them, both tickets can be validated on the cell phone/registration of the original purchaser.

The Eventim Pass was created to facilitate the transfer of tickets between family and friends, therefore, it is not a resale tool. Eventim does not accept any liability for tickets purchased unofficially.
Tickets may be cancelled if any suspicious activity is detected relating to the original purchaser.
By law, the original purchaser has 7 days after purchase to request cancellation of tickets, even if the tickets have been transferred.
The Eventim Pass, like any ticket, grants access to only one person. Only the first reading of the ticket will allow access to the event.
In cases of cancelled or changed events, the refund will be made exclusively to the original purchaser, even if the tickets have been transferred.
All communications, such as in cases of cancellation or change of events, will be sent exclusively to the original purchaser.
