The app was fantastic. Then came the update. Now it crashes every single time I open it. The rowing machine's firmware update? A complete nightmare. Before the crashes started, the app kept reminding me that the firmware needed updating. The instructions to tackle this issue? Grab a thumb drive and only use it for the rowing machine updates. Just that. Seriously? My phone and the rowing machine can connect, yet I have to use a separate thumb drive? Frustration levels rising.

Vermont, there’s an issue. The new link from the website to the app doesn’t sit well with me. In the past, clicking on a workout from history brought me to a fantastic interactive page. It displayed every second of my workout on a graph. Now, it directs me to the app, showing a bunch of colorful data that lacks practicality. The previous setup was just right. This change feels completely unwarranted. I want the old format back.

This app has its strengths. It offers a solid experience overall. Users crave more connectivity within the app. Many features remain undiscovered, like joining teams or linking to Strava. These options could enhance user engagement. Currently, the only available connection goes to Google Fit. The addition of built-in links to devices like Coros and Garmin would be fantastic. Integrating heart rate monitors would elevate the functionality even further. Overall, the potential for more connections is clear and exciting!

It’s so frustrating to scroll through that wheel just to enter time. We all understand hours and minutes. In 2025, user-friendly designs should be the norm. Just let us type in the time and get going. And about the syncing issue, why can't the app just sync automatically once it connects? Missing workouts is a real bummer, especially when they’re on the device but not logged. The app claims it syncs, but it doesn’t seem to work properly.

You feel stuck with your setup. When it works, everything feels great. The extra data makes the rowing experience even better. The automatic transfer saves you time and hassle. Then it hits a snag. You notice the Bluetooth connection looks fine on both your phone and rowing machine. Yet, no data shows up on the app. Frustration sets in. You wonder if the new C2 firmware caused this issue or if it's due to an Android update not playing well. You want answers. A solution would bring back the smooth routine.

The recent update has caused some issues with logging sessions. Connecting to the PM5 has become tricky. It often just spins, requiring a second attempt. This usually leads to the app crashing and needing a restart. It's disappointing because it used to work perfectly.

Top-notch device. It connects to the erg and heart monitor seamlessly, updating the logbook with zero hassle. No issues at all on my end.

The app has become quite frustrating to use. The keyboard won't pop up when I try to enter distances. When I scroll to select times, nothing happens. I can only rely on my favorites for workouts. Adjusting times and distances for new or old workouts feels impossible. It’s a hassle to type distances outside of the app, then copy and paste them back in.

This app is amazing. It simplifies selecting and setting up workouts. It tracks every session in your workout log and syncs with Google Fit. You get a visual overview of your power, stroke rate, and heart rate if you use a heart rate monitor. Using it elevates the experience on the Concept 2 rowing machine. I think it works with other machines too, like the skier and bike, but my focus is mainly on rowing. Concept 2 nailed it with this one! Thank you!
