How to collaborate effectively with your nutritionist through the Eat & Track app

With Eat & Track, you have all the tools at your fingertips to collaborate with your coach, but results only appear if you know how to actively use these resources. In this article, we present to you in what ways you can collaborate effectively with your nutritionist through the Eat & Track app.

What can a coach offer you through the Eat & Track app?

1. Nutrition monitoring and providing recommendations

Your coach can monitor what you consume daily through the online food diary, so that he can offer you personalized recommendations, adapted to your progress and needs. For the most efficient collaboration, you have the option to evaluate each day in the diary, so that the coach knows if you have encountered difficulties (cravings, low energy level, bloating, etc.) and can help you concretely.

1.1 How do you evaluate the days in the Food Diary?

Navigate to Journal → Notes

Click Add details and rate the current day

2. Personalized Daily Meal Plan

The Coach creates a personalized meal plan for you based on your goal, whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or simply eat more balanced. This meal plan is designed for one or more days, so you know exactly what to eat each day.

2.1 Where do you see the daily meal plans?

Navigate to Coach → Meal Plans

Click on a Meal Plan to see the details

To add a meal from the Meal Plan to your Diary, follow these steps:

Click on the Add to Diary option

Select the day you want to add that meal idea to your Diary

2.2 How do you add meal plans to your calendar?

Navigate to Coach → Meal Plans

Click on a Meal Plan to see details

Click on the calendar icon in the top right

Select the day you want to start following the meal plan and the day in the plan you want to start with

Confirm your daily food intake in the Diary by swiping from right to left to mark what you ate. The kCal count and macronutrients will automatically adjust to reflect the remaining values.

3. Personalized Meal Plan

Through personalized meal plans, your coach provides you with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack suggestions to choose from. This type of plan gives you flexibility because you can choose which meals you want to eat and basically create your own meal plan using the coach's recommendations.

3.1 Where do you see meal plans?

Navigate to Coach → Meal Plans

Click on a Meal Plan to see details

To add a meal from the Meal Plan to your Diary, follow these steps:

Click on the Add to Diary option

Select the day you want to add that meal idea to your Diary

Navigate to Journal → Add food

Click on the Recommendations section
