Go to the donation center pages or our website https://efs.link/rdv and it's done in just a few clicks! Check out the tutorial!

Is an appointment required to donate blood?

The vast majority of blood drives are by appointment only. There are a few exceptions. We encourage you to make an appointment first.

How can I find the blood drive nearest me?

The EFS offers more than 115 blood drive centers throughout France (mainland France and overseas territories) and 40,000 mobile blood drives organized in public places, businesses, universities, high schools, etc. Find a blood drive near you using our interactive map or download the blood drive app!

Are blood drives organized in companies?

Where can I donate my plasma?

When it comes to donating your plasma, you're spoiled for choice! The EFS offers plasma donation at 90 plasma donation centers in mainland France.     The app barely works. Connection issues are frequent and frustrating. It drains the battery quickly without any real functionality. I had to uninstall it.

    The app seems like a great idea with easy and user-friendly navigation. However, since I installed it, I've been unable to log in. Every time I enter my credentials, I get an "Error while authenticating user". This prevents me from accessing my donation history and dates of donations. It really takes away the main purpose of the app for me. Also, it would be nice to not have to log in every single time.

    Connection issues can be really frustrating. You’re using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and facing a problem where the webpage doesn’t let you log in. Have you tried refreshing the page? Sometimes that helps. Clear the browser cache as well. If not, restarting your phone might do the trick too. Check your internet connection. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data can sometimes solve these glitches. If all else fails, consider using a different browser app to see if that works better for you. Stay persistent; you’ll get it sorted out!

    Every time I use the app, I have to reconnect. So many bugs show up. Booking an appointment feels impossible. The interface doesn't feel intuitive at all. There’s a lot of room for improvement to make this app more useful and functional. On the bright side, I can see my donation history, track how many people I've helped, and view the donor map.

    Notifications personnalisées, c'est l'idéal. Les rappels pour faire un don de plasma arrivent en continu. Pourtant, je ne fais pas 55 kg. J'ai bien inscrit mon poids dans l'application. C’est frustrant. En plus, il faut se reconnecter sans cesse. C'est vraiment pénible.
