1 - I wrote a long text in my statement and the system crashed. What should I do?

When 20 minutes have passed since you started accessing the system, the session expires. That's why the "system crashes". If you have a lot of information and think it will take longer to type it, write it in a document and include it as an attachment.

2 - There is an error that says there is an update, but it is not in the store.

The problem was fixed in version 5.3.0.

3 - How to see information about the vehicle with only the License Plate and Renavam

Detran-GO, valuing the security of citizens' data, made it impossible to search for vehicle information for users who are not logged in. However, the search service remains unchanged for the logged-in user, who can only search for vehicles using the LICENSE LICENSE and RENAVAM.

4 - They inform you that the Gov.BR password is incorrect, even if you use the conventional password.

The authentication validation when you click on "Entrar com gov.br" is done by gov.br. DETRAN only accepts the authentication.

5 - The app does not open, it just keeps loading.

To report a failure, in the app, access the menu "More ... -> Contact Us -> Error! Report failure" and let us know what happened.

6 - Unable to generate a 2nd copy of the invoice.

Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to generate a 2nd copy of the CNH service invoice through the APP, however, this feature will be implemented in a future version of the APP that we will make available. In this case, we suggest that you go to a DETRAN service unit to issue a 2nd copy of the invoice.

7 - The ZIP code is not being found in the database

To report an error, access the menu "More ... -> Contact Us -> Error! Report error", inform us of the ZIP code where the error occurred.

8 - The App Shows System Unavailable

Detran Goiás seeks to provide computerized services to citizens with the least possible instability. We have our own data center and redundancy at SEDI, so that there are no unavailability of services. However, we depend on the services provided by the National Base (SERPRO), telephone operators and several other participants that can influence the availability of services. We are always available to intervene and correct any problem that occurs with the availability of services.

9 - Black Screen when Opening the App

10 - The Payment Failure App

If you have issued a DUA, it can only be paid at Caixa Econômica, lottery houses and CAIXA banking correspondents.

11 - I paid the debt and the payment was not canceled

Payments made via boleto have a period of up to 72 hours for compensation.

12 - The App constantly logs you out of the account

Check your username and update your password. This behavior occurs when you access DETRAN GO ON through another device or through another channel.

13 - When registering, an incorrect email appears

From version 5.3.0 onwards, preferably use your gov.br login to access DETRAN GO ON.
