    The top-up option is not working no matter which method I try. I have some money in my wallet and I needed to add more to book a ticket, but there are several problems. I suggest not using this app.

    The app is smooth and user-friendly, but I had an issue. After booking a ticket, I tried downloading it multiple times but kept getting an error saying the document could not be downloaded. However, I did receive a confirmation message for the ticket from Daewoo. I just really want to have the slip or e-ticket for that.

    The service used to be perfect, but now it's just good. Standards are declining. Simple things like USB chargers and drinks are no longer available. If you compare it to Faisal Movers, their buses are in much better condition than Daewoo's.

It seems like the issue is still not resolved even after you have raised it twice. Please assist in resolving this matter promptly.

    Oh, everything was great and the experience was the best. But the time to purchase tickets was too short, only 20 minutes. Also, why charge the same fare as usual but not provide a meal box to passengers, not even cold drinks. Very disappointing.
