    What a frustrating experience! Spent 20 minutes exploring the app and when it came time to pay, nothing worked. Klarna and iDeal just failed at the final step. All that was needed were card details. Such a letdown!

    I usually focus on the positive side in my reviews. This time feels different. I can’t even compare it to a half-full cup because there’s no cup at all! Attempting to log in fails, even with the correct password. Recovery is just as frustrating. I get the email but the link takes me to a page where I input a new password. Then, it tells me the link is expired. Now I’m completely locked out of my account. The app is totally unusable. I can’t access any smart features. Quite disappointing.

    The app connected to the fan easily and works fine most of the time. The status feedback isn't reliable. Sometimes it doesn't show whether the fan is on or off, and speed changes don't register well. Google Home integration is there but not fully functional. The app on my phone only shows an on/off button that doesn't respond. My Nest Hub recognizes the fan. When I click it, it briefly shows as "on" then flips back to "off," and nothing happens. Voice control isn't working either. I'd consider buying another if Google Home features were operational.

It was meant to control devices like fans and lights, but now the latest update takes users directly to the store page every time they launch the app. This change slows everything down, forcing a load of the store before accessing the device control section. The most critical part of the app is buried behind unnecessary steps. Good products exist, yet the design choices disappoint. Not likely to purchase again.

    The cleaning device could use a "Turbo" setting as the default. Dog hair creates challenges, and the standard mode isn't enough. If you can't be there to change the setting remotely, it might not clean effectively. Adding this option in the app would make a huge difference.
