    Decided to skip the long Cracker Barrel checkout line by using their app. Scanned the QR code on the table and started the payment process. It was a bit confusing but pushed through. However, card got declined eventually. Had to wait in line for 10 minutes, used the same card, and left. Not a great experience.

    So, sometimes the mobile pay doesn't work. Then the waitress blocked the scan code because they don't always receive the tip. I'm being charged for the tip on my credit card bill, so where is it going? Also, the waitlist isn't functioning properly; I never receive a text when the table is ready. We still need to wait in line, and sometimes the hostess struggles to find our name.

    I just finished updating my app, but when I tap on the three lines at the top left corner, nothing happens. I used to be able to browse through all the items for sale there, but now it's not working. I can't see the daily lunch and dinner specials, the veggie and soups of the day, or any seasonal promotions. Why did they disappear? Also, there should be a way to add extras or special instructions, like extra gravy, extra ketchup, no lettuce, extra biscuits, and so on. The idea is good, but there are still improvements to be made.

    This app can be frustrating because when you try to do something, it always opens a new window in the Internet browser instead of staying within the app. Even worse, you can't use the app in the store for payments or rewards. The design is odd and needs a complete overhaul to be more effective and practical. It seems like the app is just a promotional tool for Cracker Barrel rather than being genuinely helpful.

    So, here's the deal - we're having this situation where we're seeing this error on the app out of the blue. When we tried to place our order on the website, there was no spot to choose a location. We're aware that there is a store in Horn Lake, MS, but weirdly, it keeps defaulting to Nashville, even though our location is clearly on. It's claiming to not be able to find our place. We even gave the zip code, and still nothing. Giving the city and state manually as an option also didn't work out. We've been trying to make this order for two days now! Not even the phone number is working. What's going on with the app, the site, and the management?
