    The app logs off without warning, which can be frustrating. If you’re out and about, finding your login details becomes a hassle. The biggest issue hits when trying to buy data. You need data to make a payment. You might get into the app, but it won't let you access the payment section if your data is low. There are no physical stores or staff to help either. It feels like they should offer free access to their products under these circumstances.

    I paid my account recently and wanted to download the receipt. Nothing came through, even though the app confirmed the payment was successful. Now I have to check with the bank, but I'm left without a receipt. Fix this and add a payment history in your app. It's important to do it properly. It's February 2020, and this issue is still here. The rating dropped from two stars to one star. If I could give zero stars, I would. The app feels completely useless. After receiving a response, I sent an email and offered my help if needed.

    This app is terrible! It needs a complete redesign. How does it even have a 4.5-star rating? Seems like the ratings come from somewhere else, not from real users. The latest changes in November 2023 look like a failed attempt to fix things. Crashes are still happening. Such disappointment!

The experience was frustrating. While waiting for a reply, the app would freeze when I minimized it, requiring a restart. After being with Cosmote for over ten years, I felt disappointed. But now, everything feels so much better!
