[FAQs]

1.How do I change my shipping address?

(1) [Order received/payment completed] stage 

 - Change delivery address directly: My Page > Shopping Information > Order Details

 - Direct cancellation and reorder: Direct cancellation is possible through My Page > Shopping Information > Order History (payment is canceled at the same time as cancellation).

 - Request to Green Village Customer Center (080-023-0023)

 However, you must make your request during customer center operating hours.

 (Weekdays: 5:30 PM - Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)

(2) Please understand that we cannot make changes to your order once it's in the [Preparing for Shipping] stage, as it's already been prepared for shipment. If you cancel due to an address change during the [Preparing for Shipping] stage, you will be responsible for shipping costs. If a refund is requested, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

2.Can you ship anywhere in the country?

We deliver nationwide, excluding restricted areas.

- Delivery restricted areas: Islands (including Jeju Island)/mountainous areas

※ Delivery restricted areas can be checked when filling out the order form. 

3.How much is the shipping cost?

- Free shipping for orders over 40,000 won. A shipping fee of 3,000 won will be charged for orders under 40,000 won.

- For products shipped by other companies, please be sure to check the shipping standards and fees separately set by each company.

4.How do I track my order after placing it?

You can check the invoice number and progress for each order by going to [Log in] → [My Page] → [Shopping Information] → [Order History]. 

5.Is it possible to specify a delivery date?

- You can specify your desired arrival date.

- You can check your preferred arrival date when filling out the order form.

※ Store delivery is based on same-day delivery and cannot be specified on a separate delivery date.

6.If I order multiple items, will they be shipped separately?

- To ensure fresh and safe delivery, Green Village packages and delivers products separately by product type (refrigerated/room temperature, frozen).

- If you order multiple items by product category, they will be packaged separately and the delivery start date will be the same.

- However, the delivery start date may vary during agency seasons or holiday seasons when delivery volumes increase.

※ Please understand that during the holiday season, gift sets will be packaged separately from other products.

- I haven't received the entire item, but it says it's delivered.

- Delivery of some items may be delayed due to circumstances at the delivery company.

- If a product is not shipped due to insufficient stock, we will contact you via text message the next business day to inform you about refund/reshipment.

7.Can I use points, coupons, and cash at the same time?

Points, coupons, and cash can be used at the same time.

- When using both points and coupons, the priority order is [Coupon] > [Points].

- Points can be used in increments of 10.

- Points will not be accrued for the payment amount corresponding to the points used.

- Coupons or points can be used to pay for 100% of the product price (excluding shipping costs).

8.Are all Green Village products organic?

- Not all products sold at Green Village are organic. 

- In reality, there are very few products certified as organic in Korea, except for agricultural products, and it is very difficult to obtain organic processing certification for processed foods. 

- In Korea, to receive organic certification, agricultural products must be grown on land that has been cultivated for more than three years without the use of any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and no pesticide residues can be detected. 

- Among the products sold at Green Village, those without organic or pesticide-free certification are generally grown. 

- However, it is more trustworthy than products on the market because it is made only with domestic raw materials and does not contain harmful ingredients such as chemical coloring and preservatives among processed foods. 

- Please note that we also sell some products that have received organic processing certification. 

9.Where is the Green Village store in my neighborhood?

- You can find a Green Village store in your neighborhood by searching in the [Search Box] at the top of the Green Village homepage or within the [Store Information] category. 

- After searching, use the map to find the nearest store in your neighborhood.

10.I accidentally made a purchase without using a coupon. Please apply it.

- When an order is completed, no modifications to the order form are possible except for changing the delivery address at the [Payment Complete] stage.

- If the order is at the [Payment Complete] stage, please cancel the order, apply the coupon, and reorder.

11.If I sign up using the simple sign-up method, can I not change my membership information?

After completing the simple registration, you must enter additional information to complete your membership and use all services.
