    Germany has been a wonderful experience. There are only a few apps in the country that offer support in the English language, which is extremely helpful for foreigners. The banking process is also very efficient and easy. I would definitely suggest using this app and the services provided by Commerzbank.

    This bank is really the worst! Now they're making me use this awful photoTAN just to check my account. I'm definitely switching to a different bank. It's so terrible! Their response is just making things even worse. They don't seem to understand that I really don't want to use it at all. Other banks can handle things without it and still stay secure. My advice: steer clear of this bank and explore better alternatives out there.

    We've been customers at Commerzbank for many years, and usually, we are quite satisfied with their service. However, recently we moved to a new place and attempted to update our address online. Unfortunately, we faced repeated failures in doing so. Consequently, I decided to download the mobile app for assistance. To my disappointment, the app was completely ineffective as it would not even allow me to create an account. Every time I entered my username and password, nothing happened. After struggling for 20 minutes trying to make it work, I ultimately had to delete the app out of frustration. What's more, I found it inconvenient that the app is only available in German.

    So, the thing is, the credit card balance doesn't get updated even though the account update is all good, which results in a wrong negative balance at the end of the month. If you can't make an app that shows my account balance correctly, then just don't make it! This issue was reported already, but as usual, nothing has been fixed. On top of that, signing in requires three clicks and everything is in German: what a wonderful experience!!

    Oh wow, the user experience is great! The app just works and doesn't bother me with ads, promotions, or asking me to invest. Developers, please don't change this, keep it clean and simple forever. I have a small request though - could you make it easier for me to find and copy my account number and BIC code? In the current version, I have to dig deep into the app which takes some time. Thanks a lot! 👍🏼

    I'm glad you added English. It would be great if you could also translate the transaction headers as they are still in German. The new user interface is slow, I know it looks good but it's heavy because of the framework used.
