    Such a frustrating situation. You loved that program and listened to it all the time. Then, out of nowhere, it just stopped working. Uninstalling and reinstalling four times felt like a chore. Silence instead of your favorite show. The app tells you there are streaming issues, but your WiFi is solid. You invested money, and now you're missing out on what you enjoy. Disappointment lingers. Not sure if it's an app problem or if others face this too, but it leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

    This upgrade is terrible. It shuts down every five minutes. I can’t download the latest episode from last night. I can play it in the app but that means listening to all the commercials. The newest episode I can download is from two days ago. This new version is completely frustrating. I want the old version back, a proper fix, or I’m done with this membership.

    I absolutely love this show. The app, though, is a bit of a mess. The audio player hardly works. It starts great, but any notification makes it pause. Hitting play again restarts the program from the beginning. Then, I’m left scrolling and searching for my spot. When I finish listening and stop playback, notifications trigger the app to start playing again. This happens until I fully close the app. Even then, it won’t remember where I was. I always have to search my place again. These problems get really frustrating because I usually listen in my car over Bluetooth. A notification from Google Maps? The app pauses, resets, and I'm back to square one. When I run into a store and pause it, a text message can suddenly make it blast out loud on my phone. I find myself scrambling to grab my phone, locate the app, and pause playback.
