Available features:

- Skip the lines by reloading your OPUS card and purchasing tickets directly.

- Access comprehensive information about the metropolitan network: current and scheduled timetables, locations of buses and trains, occupancy statistics, network maps, and more.

- Schedule your next BIXI or book a Communauto or Communauto Flex.

- Plan future trips using public transit or bicycles.

- Set up favorites and notifications for frequently used lines and stops.

I tried using the app to add transport tickets to my opus card after making a payment. The app was happy to take my money but wouldn’t complete the ticket addition. I went over to the info desk. They mentioned receiving numerous reports about that same problem. Sounds like an update messed things up. I found out later that the solution was to uninstall and reinstall the app. Did that, and now it works perfectly. Updates need to be compatible and thoroughly tested. It isn’t fair for consumers to troubleshoot through trial and error.

I use this app almost every day. It’s super user-friendly. This morning, it wasn't available for a bit.

Navigating the Montreal transit system feels effortless with this information. The bus details provide real-time accuracy. You get where you need to go without any hassle. Such a valuable resource for travelers in the city!

A friend told me about this app, and I felt so excited. I wanted to check how many rides I had left on my Opus card. I quickly downloaded the app on my Samsung Android tablet. But when I opened it, I found out that the feature I needed wasn’t available. Frustration set in! Still grateful for my friend's recommendation.

What a fantastic experience! I downloaded the app, scanned my card, picked the service I needed, and made my payment. Just like that, my opus changed and was all set to go.

I often find myself reorganizing my favorite bus stops. They keep mixing up every time I open the app. It's frustrating. Plus, the app fetches schedule information each time I reopen it. That adds to the hassle. On September 23, 2022, I noticed even more issues. The bus arrival times always seem to be off by about five minutes. The app doesn’t update when buses run slightly late, making me miss several of them.

I updated the ratings to five stars. It’s not a bug in the app. It’s frustrating that STM has this rule about purchasing Unlimited Evening fares with a dedicated card. It makes the whole process unnecessarily complicated. The app looks great. It scanned my Opus card easily. The interface is user-friendly for choosing zones and fares. But there’s no option to buy the Unlimited Evening fare, just monthly, weekly, or single trips.

Frustration settled in as I tried to get my OPUS card detected. I took it out of the sleeve, turned on NFC, and even removed my phone case. I held the card in different positions, both at the front and back of my phone. Nothing worked. Charging the card with a USB reader used to be easy, but that service disappeared. After countless attempts, the app still wouldn’t recognize my OPUS card. I decided to visit a metro station, hoping for a solution. The teller checked my card and said it was fine but refused to do anything further. Acceptance washed over me. It felt like there was no way forward.

Imagine choosing a station for trains or buses and instantly seeing all the departures. You’d get to know the line name, the time, the platform, and whether it’s heading in or out. Right now, checking for the next train means digging through each line one by one at that station. With more lines popping up, this process feels tedious and frustrating. Plus, having the option to buy a ticket through the app would make everything so much smoother.
