What are the payment methods?

With credit or debit cards from the app

Directly when picking up your package, in cash, or with the payment methods accepted by each establishment

Should I bring my own containers or bags to collect my package?

We recommend bringing your own containers when collecting your package to avoid generating more waste and extra costs at the establishment. However, some packages are already packaged or wrapped.

Can I pick up my package the next day?

This is not possible unless the establishment indicates otherwise.

How can I find out when a restaurant uploads packages?

Add it to your favorites by clicking the red heart next to its name, and we'll send you a notification every time it has packages available so you can reserve them before anyone else.

What happens if I don't pick up a package at the indicated times?

You will be charged the cost of the package, and after paying, you can rebook it.

Can someone else pick up a package that's in my name?

Only if that person has your name and order number, and as long as they can ensure that the redemption was validated from the app of the person who placed the order.

Can I know what will come in my package?

The packages are surprise packages, but you can find a brief description of what they may contain.

Is the food you sell in good condition?

Of course! These are unsold food items that no longer retain their original quality, but are completely safe for human consumption.

Is the app available for all operating systems?

Yes! You can find it in the App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery.

How do I add a promotional coupon?

The path is: Home - Settings - Promotional Codes - Add New Coupon.

Can I reserve multiple packages from different stores?

Of course! But different orders will be created.

Do you offer home delivery?

No, packages must be picked up in stores, within the established store hours.

How do I complete the pickup process in the app?

When you arrive to pick up your package, you must swipe the message that appears in the app window to confirm that you have picked it up. Your phone must be connected to the internet to do so.

Is there a cost to the app?

No, it's completely free.

How can I earn more discounts by sharing Cheaf?

Share your code with your friends, give them 50% off their first pickup, and when they complete it, you'll also receive a 50% off coupon. Find it in "Settings," "Earn 50% off," and that's it! Share it however you prefer.

What happens if I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the store closes. However, remember that the store reserves it exclusively for you. The later you cancel, the less chance it has of being picked up by someone else! Additionally, there is a cancellation limit. For more details, please see our Terms and Conditions.
