The service really came through for me, it made my day! And you know what? Signing up for a charging port was actually pretty easy. I'm so grateful for all the help.

I used a QR code at the station spot to rent through LINE because the communication time from the app was too long. Even with the sketchy advertising character, it's a shame to give this rating.

The experience of using my phone was really painful. Just now, my phone battery was only at 13%. I had to go through a forced update of the app, non-robotic testing, re-verification, logging in, sharing my location, setting up my payment credit card, and entering my password to confirm my card (all of these were mandatory processes). Finally, just as I was about to borrow a power bank, my phone battery dropped to 8%. If my phone goes below 4%, I wouldn't even have the chance to use a power bank, it would just run out of battery completely. Are customers with battery levels below 4% not part of your target audience?

Renting a charger is a hassle. You have to go through so many steps just to get one. And to make matters worse, they won't give the deposit back to your bank account. So basically, once you pay it, you can forget about getting that money back.

Registering and signing up posed some challenges, not straightforward. Moving around the interface felt confusing and not straightforward. Nevertheless, after completing the setup process, it turned out to be quite convenient renting and returning power banks, thanks to numerous 7-11 stores scattered across Hong Kong. A piece of advice, fees are calculated per hour, ergo one ought to return the power bank promptly. The expenses for rental left me quite surprised. The "wallet" characteristic is quite bothersome. It tends to retain any unused funds until you request a refund, which can be quite a lengthy ordeal.

I really hope they give me back my deposit fast. The app didn't show that I returned to the charging station even though I did it within 48 hours.

So, you see, I was trying to add my card as a payment method in the app. But when I tried to do that, a message popped up saying "please tick the agreement". I couldn't move down on the payment page and the agreement box never appeared. You really need to fix your app.

So what happened was, I made the payment for the $198 deposit, everything was done and dusted. But then when I checked the system, there was no record of my transaction and it looked like I hadn't paid that deposit at all. It's like the money just disappeared into thin air, gone without a trace, leaving me out of pocket by $198.

I borrowed a charger because my phone was at 2%. The system said something like "error: your phone doesn't have enough battery" and didn't let me borrow it. My phone obviously has low battery, why else would I be borrowing a charger? It's frustrating that the system wouldn't let me pay with a credit card or something physical. I am really annoyed.

I rented it for a one-day plan, but I couldn't charge it at all. Also, the LINE app was too heavy and I had a hard time finding the return slot. I probably won't use it anymore, but the system concept is good, so I look forward to the future.
