Currently, CBP One™ offers two features, with additional features set to be introduced in the coming year.
- The Inspection Appointment request feature enables brokers/carriers/forwarders to seek an inspection for perishable cargo entering the U.S. via their mobile device. Users can also track real-time status updates on their appointment requests and communicate with a CBP Agriculture Specialist for any necessary additional information.
- The I-94 feature allows travelers to apply for and pay for their I-94 up to seven days before arriving in the U.S. at a Port of Entry (POE). CBP One™ also grants access to a digital copy of their I-94 and travel history spanning up to five years.
Upcoming features to be introduced within the next year will cater to Small Vessel Operators, Bus Operators, Aircraft Operators, Seaplane Pilots, commercial truck drivers, and Commercial Vessel Operators.
CBP One™ I-94 is accessible nationwide. However, the capability to schedule appointments for perishable cargo is solely operational at participating Ports of Entry (POE). For further details, kindly get in touch with your respective POE.
