Careem Captain - Driver ride-hailing service

My first day as a captain in Careem was not good. The apps were not working well. I accepted one order but then another order came in without me accepting it. After completing the first order, the second order blocked my mobile screen. The helpline support was also not good. When a customer canceled the order, Careem deducted 10 dirhams from me, even though it wasn't my fault due to the issues with the app. The Careem app definitely needs major improvements, or they will lose more captains. They should provide just one number for the helpline.

I've been using Careem since 2016. Recently, the main feature where rides appear at the top is not functioning properly. When we're on a ride and another one comes in, it doesn't show up at the top anymore. So, when we have to quickly find the new ride, we only have a few seconds to switch between apps and locate it.

I've been using this app for two years, but recently I tried another similar app and realized how bad this one is. There are too many complicated issues. The customer support team takes 5-10 hours to respond. Sometimes I stay online for a few hours without any orders. When I contact customer service, they just tell me to update the application, even though it's already up to date. It seems like they don't really care or I'm getting automated responses.

Facing issues with the app. Selected a ride and when I tried to finish it, the app started showing errors. I suspect the ride is still in progress, which could lead to extra charges for the customer. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. Currently in Pakistan.

I've been trying to log in since yesterday, but every time I choose the car, it says there's a network error. I've uninstalled it 20 times already, but it still gives me the same error. The app is just terrible and frustrating.

Update version is super confusing. Drop-off location must be found on map within 14 seconds, which is nearly impossible. Fuel prices keep increasing every month, meanwhile Careem rates remain unchanged. Time to say goodbye to Careem.

I'm a new captain and I've been facing a lot of issues with the app recently. The map doesn't always show the exact location correctly. Sometimes, even though I have a ride, it doesn't display on my mobile. And when I try to end a ride, it suddenly disappears. There are also instances where the app indicates that I have a ride without any notification, even though there is actually none. Once, I reached the customer's location but he called to say he was canceling the ride, even though he was right in front of me. There are many more issues like these.
