    Express ordering seems convenient at first glance. You think you can skip the line and just pay online. But then there's a catch. You have to be at the store front to make that payment. It feels counterproductive. You rush over, only to wait until you arrive before completing your order. The idea is to save time, yet you find yourself standing in line anyway. If everything runs smoothly, by the time you’re ready to check in on the app, you could have already been placing an order in person. It leaves you questioning the whole point of express ordering when it ties you to the store upfront.

    Everything is so slow. Some features don't work at all. The Birthday Free Drink option always stays disabled, no matter if it's part of an order or chosen alone. The menu mixes Chinese and English even when you set it to English. The latest update lost the ability to remember the last two places I ordered from, so now I have to turn on Location Services on my phone every time.
