Had no problem with app until I did update my receipt never was emailed or sent to the Burger King the manager didn’t even know how to look for receipt on my phone refused to give me order until I started yelling that I paid and she finally asked what I ordered she gave me the wrong order please fix app.

I had ordered the 20 piece nuggets on the app and even paid for it, which was $7. Upon arriving at the place where the order was placed the manager claimed that it never went through and so my father had to argue for my already very much paid set of chicken nuggets and i needed to show the proof of payment otherwise they would have never given my order. Please fix this and have orders actually register and appear in the machine when going to pick up. It was so embarrassing, if i hadn’t screenshot both the price/order and number for my order they likely wouldn’t have given me my food. I just want this app to be an easier way to buy food.

The app received an update around november with “UI Improvements” that got rid of any and all previously accumulated rewards without any warning. You’re no longer able to sign in with Apple, essentially making you lose your account. This update also doesn’t let you order from the phone, as was the original intent of the app. And the funniest thing of all, for a BURGER KING PUERTO RICO APP it doesn’t even recognize Puerto Rico ZIP codes as being “valid”.
