Where can I find my BK® Rewards balance in the new app?

Our priority is to provide you with the best service possible. That’s why we’re working on an improved version of BK® Rewards and Club Dorado for you. BK® Rewards and Order & Pay are temporarily on pause, which is why you currently don't have access to your balance. It’s important to note that your balance is safely stored under the email registered to your account in the BK® APP and will be available once the BK® Rewards program returns.

What will happen to my BK® Rewards balance?

Your BK® Rewards balance is securely stored under the email address registered to your account. Since the BK® Rewards services are currently paused, you won’t have access to your balance for now. When the program returns in its improved version, it will include your balance and rewards for you.

Can I still earn BK® Rewards points even if I can’t see them?

Because the BK® Rewards services are temporarily paused, you will not be able to earn rewards points during this time. However, your existing balance is safe under the email registered to your account in the BK® APP and will be accessible once the program returns.

When will I be able to access my balance?

We are working on an enhanced version of BK® Rewards and Club Dorado for you. BK® Rewards and Order & Pay are temporarily on pause. All services, along with your balance, will be available and improved by early 2025.

Where can I find Club Dorado offers in the new app?

Our top priority is providing you with the best service. That’s why we’re working on an improved version of BK® Rewards and Club Dorado for you. Your information in the BK® APP is safe. When you update the BK® APP, you just need to log in with your existing credentials.

How can I redeem coupons?

To redeem your coupon, follow these steps:

Log in: If you already have an account in the BK® APP, log in with your usual credentials. If you’re new to the BK® APP, register with the requested information.

1.Open the BK® APP and tap “Coupons” at the bottom of the screen.

2.Find the coupon you’d like to redeem and tap on it.

3.Tap “Redeem in restaurant.”

4.Tell the team member at the counter or drive-thru the code located under the QR code.

5.Enjoy your offer!

Had no problem with app until I did update my receipt never was emailed or sent to the Burger King the manager didn’t even know how to look for receipt on my phone refused to give me order until I started yelling that I paid and she finally asked what I ordered she gave me the wrong order please fix app.

I had ordered the 20 piece nuggets on the app and even paid for it, which was $7. Upon arriving at the place where the order was placed the manager claimed that it never went through and so my father had to argue for my already very much paid set of chicken nuggets and i needed to show the proof of payment otherwise they would have never given my order. Please fix this and have orders actually register and appear in the machine when going to pick up. It was so embarrassing, if i hadn’t screenshot both the price/order and number for my order they likely wouldn’t have given me my food. I just want this app to be an easier way to buy food.

The app received an update around november with “UI Improvements” that got rid of any and all previously accumulated rewards without any warning. You’re no longer able to sign in with Apple, essentially making you lose your account. This update also doesn’t let you order from the phone, as was the original intent of the app. And the funniest thing of all, for a BURGER KING PUERTO RICO APP it doesn’t even recognize Puerto Rico ZIP codes as being “valid”.
