The app is okay, not had any issues with the main features. However, there are two important things that should be added: Firstly, being able to tip the courier through the app would be great. Secondly, restaurants should be required to list the allergens for each dish. Many people have food allergies and it's a big barrier when ordering. Some places do include ingredients but most don't.

I was not happy when I first rated the app with one star. I had a bad encounter with the courier who tried to cheat me. But now, I've increased my rating to four stars because the Support team handled the issue very well. They were professional about it. Also, I like how the user interface is smooth and easy to use. The overall experience is simple and not overly complex, which is great. If I could suggest something, it would be good for the app to offer more payment choices, like allowing mobile money payments directly on the platform.

They kept asking for my mobile number and then said something went wrong without any clue or support. Just "something went wrong." I got tired of this happening so I uninstalled it. I will try other courier services from now on. I gave it another shot on 17/05/23, but it was the same. They didn't do anything to fix the problem.

That's great! It was easy to download the app. There were lots of options to choose from. The food was amazing, packaged well, and delivered on time. I definitely recommend this app and will order again soon. Thanks to everyone involved in making this app work smoothly, including the chef who prepared the delicious food. You know what? I saw lots of bad reviews for this app. So, I didn't think it was going to be great when I tried it out. But, guess what? It's actually really cool! The app looks nice, works smoothly and the offers are awesome. Plus, the folks there were super quick and friendly. I don't have anything to gripe about. I usually order from Uber Eats or Mr Delivery, but now I'm definitely going to use this app more often. I'm seriously impressed.

The app works fine, but it could be even better if it had more helpful features like a search that's not limited to just restaurant names - it should be possible to look up specific dishes or products. It would also be nice to have the option to tip directly in the app and to be able to mark certain restaurants as favorites. The layout is a bit confusing and it can be difficult to navigate, plus there are no options to customize filters. It would be great if the delivery fee was based on distance and other factors, giving users the choice to order from any restaurant and deciding if they are willing to pay more or wait longer for their food.
