How do I leave a review?

After a treatment via Bokadirekt, you may have the opportunity to leave a review for the provider. To be able to do so, certain requirements must be met:

The company must have the review function enabled.

The booking is made while you are logged in to Bokadirekt, or the company has created the booking and entered your email address. If the booking is made as a guest via Bokadirekt, you will not be able to leave a review.

Your email address in the booking must be spelled correctly.

You can leave a review for a provider once every 45 days. If you have already had the opportunity, 45 days must pass before you can leave another for the same provider. If you visit the same place but a different provider, 14 days must pass before you can leave a review.

The booking must not be canceled.

If these requirements are met, an email will be sent a few hours after the treatment, where you can leave a rating and a comment. You can also leave the review via our app.

You have 30 days to leave a review, and you can also edit or delete it within these 30 days.

How do I cancel my booking?

By logging in to Bokadirekt, you can go to My bookings to cancel your appointment. When booking, you will also receive a booking confirmation with a cancellation code. You can enter it here to cancel.

Cancellation can be made free of charge within the cancellation rules.

The rules are set by each service provider. See their online booking or your booking confirmation to know what applies to your booking.

I can't cancel my appointment.

I have paid for my booking online and canceled, how do I get my money back?

When you cancel, your payment is automatically canceled.

The refund time depends on the payment method.

It usually takes 2-3 banking days.

If you chose direct payment and have not received a refund within 7 banking days, please contact us.

How do I change the email address for my login?

It is not possible to change the email address for an existing account.

However, you can create a new account with your new email address and continue using the new account instead. You can delete the old account by logging in and clicking on Account settings in the menu.

Then click on Delete account.
