How to use:

Set Target Weight: In the 'OVERVIEW' tab, ensure the 'Show target weight' option is checked to keep track of your weight loss goals.
Monitor Weight Changes: Regularly update your current weight and BMI in the app to monitor changes over time. The app will display your weight change and the number of days since you started tracking.
Track Progress: Use the graph to visualize your weight trends over different periods such as 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 3 months, 12 months, or the entire duration.
Daily Entries: In the 'LIST' tab, record your daily weight and the difference from the previous day. This helps in understanding your weight fluctuation patterns.
