To create your account you will simply need your biographical data, an address e-mail, a password and a method of valid payment.

SCAN THE QR-CODE

Use the group run to unlock up to 8 BITs at once, with the same App. Remember: it is absolutely forbidden to travel with two people.

GIVE YOURSELF A BOOST AND ACCELERATES

You’re ready to enjoy a 100% green trip aboard your BIT, taking care to obey signs and traffic laws.

PARK O PAUSE.

End your trip by parking in the parking stalls you find marked in the App, near the bike racks or in the dedicated spaces for mopeds.

    Using those bike vouchers feels like a trap. The app has annoying glitches that keep disconnecting and wasting time, even when parked or paused. I paid for 45 minutes but only needed 15. The pricing packages don’t make sense. Setting up the app drags on forever, asking for photos of every ID you own. And the scooters? They struggle on hills, lacking the power to handle even small inclines.

    You want to sign up for an account. You need to verify with SMS first. If you're an international visitor, it won't work with your foreign number. No choice to use email or WhatsApp. Just that SMS requirement. Frustrating, isn't it?
