It's completely free to use; shipping/delivery costs are an additional fee. There's no charge for the app itself.

--What is "반값택배" (Half-Price Express Delivery)?

It's a discounted delivery service offered by GS25 convenience stores. Shipping costs are lower than regular convenience store delivery; however, it's only available within designated locations and weight limits.

--How do I schedule and ship my package?

Enter your shipping information (sender/recipient/weight, etc.) in the app. After completing the reservation, go to a convenience store (one with a postbox) and bring your reservation number to receive your package.

--Can I track my package?

Yes. After shipping, you can check the delivery status in the app and share it via text message or instant messaging.

--Does the app have a map or nearby store search function?

Yes, users can check which CU, GS25, or 이마트24 convenience stores support the convenience store postbox service.

--What are the weight and price ranges?

For example, there are categories like under 350g, under 5kg, and under 20kg, with different charges depending on weight. Some convenience stores offer discounted shipping rates during promotions. The postbox service offers fixed discounts at designated convenience stores.

--Which convenience stores are not eligible?

Not all 이마트24 branches support the service yet. Some stores haven't installed postbox devices or haven't yet connected to the service. Please confirm the store's availability when searching via the app.
