    Storm Hermine brought relentless rain, flooding our room. Water rushed down the wall and cascaded through the shower extractor. We wanted to change rooms but found the place fully booked. The only solution offered was a stack of towels to mop up the mess. A day later, no one had come to clean up the chaos. Even worse, not a single staff member checked in to offer help. This experience left a bitter taste. Never again will I return!

    Struggling to register or log in to the app can be frustrating. Trying different methods doesn’t seem to help. It’s tough when everything feels stuck. You might want to check your internet connection first. Restarting your device can also make a big difference. If you haven’t already, updating the app is worth a shot. Clearing the app cache or reinstalling might just do the trick. Reaching out to customer support could lead to some answers too. Don't lose hope; a solution is out there!

    The app never worked at all. It was completely useless. When I asked the staff about the entertainment, they didn’t have a clue.

    The map is handy at first. Once you memorize the area and schedules, it loses its charm. Messages go unread. Reported issues linger without resolution. Frustrating experience overall.

    This hotel is fantastic! The vibe here is amazing, especially the animation team. Lissette Constanzo stands out. She brought so much happiness and joy every day. Her energy made my days brighter and put a big smile on my face! 😂

    What a complete disappointment. The app doesn't list all of their hotels. I uninstalled it right away after seeing that our hotel wasn't included. Such a hassle!

    The hotel is fantastic. The app is disappointing, though. It has plenty of information about the hotel. However, logging in with room details does not work. This means booking and ordering features are completely useless. The app isn't connected to the hotel, so they can't assist. Barcelo just directs you back to the hotel for help, which doesn’t resolve anything.

    Frustration bubbled up when the app refused to open. Uninstalling and reinstalling happened not once but twice, yet nothing changed. The staff? They were fantastic. Their skills shone through. Why not let them shine instead of this awkward push towards making some of them unnecessary?

    I keep running into login issues with this app. I have to go to the website just to access my account. Changing the language is a constant battle too. It became too frustrating, so I finally decided to uninstall it. Totally useless!
