You can log in to Bankkart Mobil using the TCKN/customer number and internet banking password you use when logging into Ziraat Bankasi internet branch and Ziraat Mobil.
CARDS
With Bankkart Mobil, you can easily access all the information related to your card, track your spending in sector detail. You can instantly perform operations like Postponed Installment, Pay in Cash, Defer, etc. on suitable transactions with the quick transaction buttons that appear on appropriate transactions, set your card password, change your card settings, and temporarily disable your card. Thanks to the spending control feature, you will be notified when your statement reaches a certain amount or your limit drops to the amount you specified, allowing you to control your spending as you wish.
You can apply for a Bankkart, track your application, or request a credit limit increase for your existing card.

How do I generate my card's password?
The password of your card, which you can use for shopping and ATM transactions; After receiving your card, you can create it from our ATMs, Internet Branch, Ziraat Mobile, Bankkart Mobile application or by calling 0850 258 00 00 Customer Communication Center. You can also get a password by sending an SMS to 4757 by typing PASSWORD for Debit Card and KKSIFRE for Credit Cards, leaving a space between them, adding your information "The last 6 digits of your card, the last 2 letters of your Mother's Maiden Surname or your Place of Birth, the 3-digit security code on the back of your card". Your password for the debit card feature is the same for both the credit card feature and the debit card feature. The password you set for any feature will also be valid for the other feature of the card.
How can I find out the shipment status of my card?
You can find out the fate of your card through our Bankkart Mobile and Ziraat Mobile applications, our Internet Branch or our Customer Communication Center at 0850 258 00 00.
How to make a contactless transaction?
Your Chip Cards are contactless. In order to start using the contactless feature of your card, the first transaction you will make with your card must be a contact and encrypted transaction. You can pay by stating to the cashier at the time of payment that you want to make a contactless payment, and if the POS device is suitable, you can pay by bringing your card closer to the POS device. If the credit card feature of your Bankkart and Bankkart Genç card is active, the payment will be made by the credit card, and if the credit card feature is not active, the payment will be made from the chip balance of the debit card (in the case of cards with the Visa logo, it will be made through the current account linked to the main account of the card). In Chip Debit card products, contactless payments will be made from the chip balance. In order to make contactless payments using the chip balance, you need to load money into the chip of the card in cash or from the account through our ATMs.
You can quickly perform transactions under 1,500 TL without a password, without contact. For transactions over 1,500 TL, you will need to enter a password.
FAQ
Do I have to wait for a new card after applying for a credit card limit?
No, if you do not have a card at the time of application at the branch, the fast Bankkart will be delivered to you immediately. If your credit card limit application is approved, you will be informed via SMS, and without the need to come to our Branch again, you must first perform an encrypted transaction with your card's debit card application at our Bank's ATM, then reinsert your card into the ATM and select the credit card application from the menu displayed. Thus, the credit card application of your card will open.
If you already have a Bankcard that has not been opened with a credit card application and your credit card limit application made via branch, internet branch, Ziraat mobile or web has been approved, you will be notified of this situation via SMS, and in order to activate the credit card application, you must first insert your card into the ATM and perform an encrypted transaction with your debit card, then reinsert your card into the ATM and select your credit card from the menu displayed. Thus, the credit card application will be activated.
Why aren't my credit card statements reaching my email address?
If your e-mail address is up-to-date and your e-mail order is available in our bank's records, your statements are sent regularly as soon as possible. The delivery times of your statements vary. Long-term delays and non-arrival problems may be caused by the e-mail address you use. Some e-mail addresses relegate or block submissions to the "junk e-mail" box due to security settings. In this regard, we kindly ask you to check your e-mail settings or use a different e-mail address if you have one.
Can I shop with my Bankkart?
If there is a balance in your main account to which your Bankkart is linked, you can use your card password to shop with the money in your account within the daily transaction limit.
If an Overdraft Account (KMH) is defined on your Bankkart, you can also shop on KMH even if your current account balance is not sufficient.
