Bakaláři OnLine - School management & communication

2nd generation of our official application for easier access to the Bakaláři system on mobile devices. It is designed for parents, students, and teachers at schools using the Bakaláři system - programs for school administration. The application allows access to grades, schedules, substitutions, homework, absences, communication between parents and the school, and other information similar to the web application. It enables teachers to enter ongoing grades and work with the class register.

- convenient switching between accounts of multiple children at different schools, or in case a teacher is also a parent

To log in, use the server address obtained from your browser's URL bar e.g., http://www.naseskola.cz/bakaweb, or choose from the list of schools within the application. Use the same login and password as for the previous online version of Bakaláři.

Defining a new account in the mobile application

- Launch the Bakaláři OnLine mobile application and select "Add new profile"

- Search for the address of your school's web application.

- Press the "Find school" button, click on the "Find" text and enter at least part of the city name. Select the desired city and search for the relevant school.

- If your school is not in the list, you must enter the URL address of the school's web application directly into the login screen. This is the same address as when you log in to the application via a web browser. Alternatively, contact your school to add the web application address to the skola.bakalari.cz system.

- Enter the account name, for example your child's name.

- Fill in the username and password for logging into the system. You either received this directly from the school or set it using the forgotten password mechanism.

- Confirm by clicking the "Save and log in" button

You can create an account for your next child in a similar way.

The application may display informative messages from third parties. For instance, showing a message to 9th-grade students about an open day event at a nearby high school. To display these messages to specific user groups, we may need to utilize some information we know about you (year of study and subjects taught). However, this does not involve any sensitive data about you. Based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we require your consent to display such targeted messages. By installing the application, you are consenting to this.
