Depending on your plan, you will have a specific number of patients you can use with Avena. Records and patients from previous months who have not been seen during the month before your cutoff date do not count toward your patient limit. If you assign one or more nutrition plans to the same patient in a month, they will always count as one active patient. The number of plan changes is unlimited. Each month, when your subscription renews, the patient limit also renews. *Patient limits may apply to prevent platform abuse.

Is the subscription period mandatory?

No, you can always cancel your plan whenever you need to. You will not receive new charges on your next renewal date.

Is Avena a one-time payment option?

No; However, we have created customized plans for each specialist to provide maximum benefits at the lowest possible cost.
