Do you offer free trial in China?

We do not offer a free trial in China. Astrill service works well in China unlike any other VPN providers who often have problems there.

How many devices does a personal VPN plan support?

You can use Astrill VPN on unlimited devices within one household. The conditions are: you can connect max 5 devices simultaneously AND only one router can be connected at the same time. More information can be found in our Terms of Service at https://www.astrill.com/terms-of-service

What VPN technologies Astrill offers?

We provide OpenWeb, OpenVPN, StealthVPN and Wireguard. Some protocols are only available on request from support and some require Astrill VPN software to run (OpenWeb, StealthVPN and Wireguard)

If there is a court order asking for our logs or personal information, will you provide it to them?

Astrill is privately owned and is incorporated in Liechtenstein. We do not store any information or keep logs because the Astrill VPN Server Network is operated off-shore and there are no laws that obligate us to keep logs on our customers.

Do you offer Private / dedicated IP?

Yes, we offer Private IP as an add-on for additional charge per month on top of the basic plan. A Private IP is used only by you and not shared by any other customers.

Does Astrill support Windows Phone?

While we do not have an Astrill application for a Windows Phone you can buy our VPN router and connect that device to this router or you can manually configure Windows phone to use VPN with OpenVPN protocol.
