FAQs

Q: How do I know if the host has rooms available?

A: When you browse AsiaYo, if a room has a "Request a Room" button, it means the host has available rooms during your planned stay.

Once you click "Request a Room" and submit your reservation request, you will immediately receive a "Reservation Inquiry" from the AsiaYo system, providing your reservation number and booking details. If the host accepts the reservation, the system will automatically send a "Reservation Success" email to your registered email address. This email includes the host's contact information, reservation details, booking information, billing information, and online booking policies. Please check your registered email address and see if it has landed in your spam folder.

Q: After clicking "Request a Room," is the reservation confirmed?

A: AsiaYo offers two booking methods: "Instant Booking" and "Regular Booking, 24-Hour Response." (When browsing a property, you'll see the booking method for that property at the top of the page.)

Instant Booking: Look for the lightning bolt icon to book your room. You'll receive a "Booking Successful" email instantly – no waiting!

Regular Booking, 24-Hour Response: After you request a room, the host will accept or reject your request within 24 hours. If the host accepts, you'll receive a "Remittance Notification" or "Booking Successful" email; if the host rejects, you'll receive a "Booking Cancelled" email.

※ Regardless of which booking method you use, be sure to monitor your email inbox to ensure you don't miss any emails!

Q: What is a promotional code?

A: A promotional code is a combination of letters and numbers used in AsiaYo discount promotions. You can use it when booking with AsiaYo within the validity period and within the specific usage rules.

Q: If I cancel a reservation, can I still use the promotional code I used for that reservation?

A: If you cancel your reservation, the promotional code will expire.

Q: Does the price offered by AsiaYo include all fees? Are there any hidden additional charges?

A: The total room rate (including the agreed room rate, additional charges such as paid meals, extra beds, and transfers) and credit card payment methods are clearly stated in the contract. Please read the "Guest Booking Agreement" for details. (Rate may be adjusted in real time, resulting in a discrepancy between the "checkout amount" and other pages. Please refer to the final "checkout amount" for details.)
