Aqua credit card - Credit card account management

The app isn't updating transactions and keeps showing an error when trying to download them ever since I upgraded to Gold. I reported it but nothing has been done in nearly two months. If the app doesn't work and no one tries to fix it, I'll just end up closing my account.

This app is terrible. It has so many problems - bugs, security issues, and I've been blocked multiple times without being able to log in to pay. They end up charging me, then charging me again even though I was supposed to have that fixed due to the app blocking me. The card, service, and app are all bad. Stay away from it at all costs!

Unlike some other apps that have let me down when I tried to check my balance, telling me to try again later, this one has always come through for me on the first attempt every time. I've been using it for around two years now, and it has consistently delivered without fail.

There was a problem with the app not letting me log in using my pass-code or fingerprint. Thankfully, Aqua provided a solution that fixed the issue. Before deleting the app, I held down on it for a few seconds and selected the small "i" icon to go to the app info screen. From there, I scrolled down, tapped on "storage," chose "Clear data," and then cleared the cache. After that, I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and now everything is working perfectly. 😃 😊

So, I found this app that seemed really awesome! But then, uh-oh, I tapped the wrong thing by mistake and wanted to go back. But the tricky part is, you can’t just go back to where you were before. It’s like, "Do you wanna leave the app?" and of course I’m like, "No way!" But guess what? It didn’t take me back where I was, it sent me all the way back to the start! So, every time I have to start over again from the very beginning. Ugh, it’s so irritating and eats up so much time. If they fix this, though, for sure I’d give them a big five-star rating.
