App CDMX - City transit guide

This application is integrated with the following modules:

- Auto: Register up to 5 vehicle plates from CDMX and have information at hand about: the validity of your circulation card; the "Hoy No Circula" program calendar, where you can subscribe for contingency alerts; information on photofines and economic and environmental penalties; information on your vehicle's verification (you can schedule your next appointment); and in case your vehicle is taken to the impound lot, you will receive a notification and have the contact details of the impoundment.

- Emergency button and My Alarm at Home: In case of emergency, you can trigger an alert to C5 to receive support from police, paramedics or traffic officers.

- Billboards: Learn about cultural, sports, and music events taking place in the City.

- Locatel Chat: You can inquire about procedures or services and report 'non-emergencies' to an operator through the chat.

- Digital Complaints: Submit your digital complaint for general loss certificates and crimes.

- Digital Documents: The digital version of your driver's license, your circulation card, and your CDMX official credential.

- My Taxi: You can request a taxi from your phone or hail one on the street, register the plate to know the driver's name, share your trip, rate it, and in case of emergency, have an emergency button connected to C5.

- Integrated Mobility: Interactive map of integrated mobility where you can see the metro, metrobus, trolleybus, light rail, Cablebus, RTP, and concessionaire transport lines. Get to know the arrival times of the metrobus and RTP.

- Urban Reports: Make citizen complaints about faults in public services, comments, or suggestions. You can add the location, send photographic evidence, and track the status of your request in "My reports."

- WiFi for All: Find the locations of over 23,000 free internet points that the City Government enabled across the 16 mayoralties.

Program Features

Integration of multiple city services: App CDMX integrates multiple functions such as transportation, public services, and emergency rescue. For example, users can register vehicle information to obtain "Today's Restrictions" notifications, view vehicle violation records, and make appointments for vehicle annual inspections. In addition, city event information, taxi services, emergency rescue buttons, etc. are also provided.

Traffic Information Integration: Provides real-time information and route maps of various public transportation such as subways, buses, and light rails to help users plan their travel.

Digital Certificates: Supports digital versions of driver's licenses, vehicle driving licenses, and other functions, which are convenient for users to view and use at any time.

Strong interactivity: Users can make complaints and suggestions about public services through the app, and can also view the progress of complaint handling in real time.

Use Tutorial

Download and install: Search for "App CDMX" in the App Store or Google Play, download and install it on your phone.

Register and log in: After opening the app, use your mobile phone number or email address to register and set a password.

Add vehicle information (optional): Enter the "Auto" module and enter vehicle information such as license plate number to obtain relevant services and notifications.

Use emergency rescue functions: In case of emergency, click the "Botón de auxilio" or "Mi alarma en casa" button and the app will automatically send an alert to C5 (Mexico City Emergency Command Center).

View city events: In the "Cartelera" module, browse upcoming cultural, sports and music events.

Use taxi services: Through the "Mi Taxi" module, users can call a taxi, view driver information, share trips, and use the rescue button in emergency situations.

Submit complaints or suggestions: In the "Denuncia digital" module, users can submit complaints or suggestions about city services and upload photos.
