    The app looks good and it's easy on the eyes. You can adjust notifications too. But one thing, you can't set your home screen to Email. It goes straight to news even though I said no to all news alerts. I want my emails to open first. If I want negativity, I'll watch news on TV. I don't need that in my email app. Thanks for listening.

    This app is so convenient and easy to use. The controls are fantastic and I only see what I need to without any extra clutter. But after a few months, the notifications just stop coming through for some reason. Since I rely heavily on email for work, it's crucial that I receive timely notifications. Usually, uninstalling and reinstalling the app solves the problem, but eventually, it happens again. There must be a more effective solution to this recurring issue.

    The new app isn't great. It moves read mail to the old mail folder without asking, making it harder to find. I just want to delete read mail when I choose. Plus, on a tablet, you can only view in portrait, unable to switch to landscape. The old app was fine — no need for this change. Many users feel the same way. AOL needs to listen! The person who redesigned the app should consider a different job.

    You said the app wouldn't open before, but now it does. However, there seems to be a problem with it as when you try to write an email or use other pages and apps, the page keeps scrolling down while you're typing. This causes you to continuously scroll back up to complete your email, which is really annoying! Please fix this issue as soon as possible because it has been happening for a long time. If this problem can't be resolved, then you will have to find another email app to use. Thank you.

    Ugh, this app is so annoying! It just won't give you all your emails. It shows you stuff from up to 6 hours ago, then suddenly skips to yesterday's mail (12 hours ago). And it only shows you a few from yesterday before jumping back to 2 days ago, and then even further back to 4 days ago. So frustrating that there could be a bunch of emails from the past few days that you'll never get to see, unless you specifically search for them. And the worst part is that you can't even change this in the settings. The only way to sort it out is by adding your email to the default email app on your phone.

    So there's this new app, right? But man, it's got a bunch of problems. Like, I click on one message and bam! It opens up a totally different message, which means I'm missing out on some important emails. And get this, I was trying to forward a message to my work email and somehow it ended up sending a completely different message instead. If I hadn't been the recipient, I wouldn't have even known about it. Are they ever gonna fix this? Every time I try to open a message, it shows me a different one. It's super annoying.

    So, I updated the app and suddenly couldn't read my emails anymore. Everything else shows up fine like headers and notifications, but the text in the main body is just gone. I got in touch with AOL and they said if I pay ten dollars a month, they could fix it. Can you believe that? What a scam to get people to subscribe! I'm now trying to move all my emails over to Gmail and Yahoo, but it's such a hassle. The whole point of using an app is for convenience, but this has been anything but convenient. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app twice already, but it keeps giving me the same problem.

    This app got a rating of -1. The customer service is non-existent. The text and font size cannot be enlarged or zoomed in, which makes it difficult to read emails. It's frustrating that you can't adjust the text size like you could on the older version. This app is not user-friendly at all. I wish I could reinstall the old version. The ads are excessive and some features make it impossible to view messages, which defeats the purpose of an email app. The developers don't seem to care about user feedback and have not made any effort to improve the app.

    Ugh, this app is so bad. I can open my emails but deleting them is hit or miss. It's like a toss-up whether it works or not. Out of the two things I do in this app (read and manage my emails), I can only do one reliably. On the bright side, I can at least see images and open links in emails most of the time. Yay!

    Ever since I first went online, I've been with AOL. Remember those days of slow dial-up connections that always seemed to crash? Now, I have this handy app on my phone, which is so cool. The improvements have been great. It's the app I use the most, I check it all day for notifications. Sure, I have other email accounts, but I doubt AOL will ever be replaced as my top choice, as long as they're around.
