FAQs

1.I applied for iCoupon delivery, but when will the driver arrive?

Once you submit your package, the courier will typically arrive 1-2 days later. For remote areas, such as islands and remote areas, delivery may take 2-3 days or longer. However, during holidays and other periods, delivery may be delayed due to a surge in shipments.

2.Can't you pick it up on the same day?

When you submit your package, a tracking number will usually be printed the next day. Since the courier will bring the printed tracking number to your visit, same-day pickup is not possible without it.

3.What time will the knight arrive?

You must confirm the exact arrival time with the courier. You can confirm the courier's contact information by contacting the courier company's customer service center the day after you submit your order, or through a 1:1 consultation with iCoupon Express via KakaoTalk.

4.How do I check if my application was received successfully?

If you received a KakaoTalk notification after submitting your order, your order has been successfully processed. Alternatively, you can use the order status tracking menu on the iCoupon Delivery website or the iCoupon Delivery app.

5.Where can I find the tracking number?

- The waybill will be printed the day after receipt.

- (However, this may be extended depending on the driver's work schedule, including weekends and holidays.)

- You can check the waybill number using the iCoupon Delivery tracking menu. If the waybill number is not found within the scheduled deadline, please contact us via KakaoTalk 1:1 consultation. 

6.Do I need to pack the items I'm sending?

You must package it so that the reporter can pick it up right away.
